1. (Medicine / Pathology) any impairment of normal physiological function affecting all or part of an organism, esp a specific pathological change caused by infection, stress, etc., producing characteristic symptoms; illness or sickness in general
A medical definition of disease states the following. Any
impairment of normal physiological function affecting all or part of an
organism producing characteristic symptoms, illness or sickness in general.
I continue to discuss what I have discovered to be a gateway
drug into many other medical conditions or diseases as the definition states.
Yes, I am saying that the gateway drug, antacids or proton
pump inhibitors, are causing disease.
Think about it this way. What does the drug do again. It
inhibits the function of the stomach. It impairs the stomach to make a vital
substance for digestion, Hydrochloric Acid (HCl). Let’s go right back to the
definition of disease; any impairment of normal physiological function.
SO to be clear, people take this gateway drug to supposedly
treat the stomach that is already in dysfunction, buy impairing it to be
impaired. Have you ever tried to heal an open wound by cutting it with a knife?
Have you ever tried to unboil an egg by boiling it? It absolutely makes zero
sense to try to treat a dysfunctional organ by inhibiting its function.
So, the big question is… Why are about 30% of our fellow
Americans taking this toxic gateway drug to treat heartburn?
Any market, any business, any salesman is interested in one
thing. The UPSELL.. Give someone a cheap trial version of your product so they
will buy more. That is precisely what is happening to the health of Americans.
We are taking medications that shut functions of our body down to treat an
already dysfunctional body. The only outcome of this is to further increase the
prevalence of diseases.
Welcome to our climbing healthcare costs, and plummeting
health.
Now let’s go to the second half of the definition of
disease, this impairment of physiological function produces symptoms, illness,
or sickness.
So, now you should be wondering, what symptoms or illness
does taking the gateway drug cause in the body.
Let’s start with Fibromyalgia.
If you break the word Fibromyalgia down, it simply means
pain in soft tissue. Fibromyalgia is a condition that is diagnosed by applying
pressure to 18 pressure points in the belly of major muscle groups and the
condition is diagnosed if you have pain in at least 11 of them.
There are an endless amount primary care physicians and
neurologists that want you to believe that Fibromyalgia is a neurological
condition that requires the use of Lyrica (upsell medication). Lyrica is
designed to impair your nerve endings from firing so you no longer feel the pain
from the condition.
THIS IS WRONG…
Have you ever worked out and had that dull muscle pain and
soreness? That is pain in soft tissue, right? Well it’s true, the pain that is
causing the post workout muscle soreness is a buildup of the byproduct of using
a muscle, lactic acid. Lactic acid is then converted back into pyruvate to be
used again and your muscle soreness goes away. I am not going to go into a deep
discussion of biochemistry and how pyruvate is the building block in the
Krebb’s cycle for energy production, but just understand that without this
cycle, we have no energy for life.
Do you remember be saying that I have never seen a patient
with Fibromyalgia that also didn’t have a history of antacid use? Well here is
why.
The metabolic pathway that converts the built up lactic acid
back to pyruvate requires a very specific set of B-vitamins. B-Vitamins are an
extensive complex of nutrients that are water soluble. This means that they
cannot be stored in the fat cells of the body, and we must intake an abundance
of these vitamins each day to maintain a healthy level. The specific B-vitamins
that are required for the lactic acid and pyruvate cycle are found primarily in
green leafy vegetables and require something pretty specific to be properly digested
and assimilated.
Guess what specific compound is needed to digest these
B-vitamins.
HCl. That is right, HCl. Without an acidic stomach we have
no ability to digest the vitamins that remove the lactic acid from our muscles
and we cannot stop the feeling of soreness within them.
As I have already extensively discussed, the gateway drug
that these articles are all about are designed to impair one specific process,
the production of HCl. With inadequate HCl levels, you inhibit the ability to
adequately digest B-Vitamins. With a deficiency in B-vitamins you cannot
convert lactic acid back into pyruvate. Increased levels of lactic acid in the
muscle leads to soreness. Chronic soreness of muscles is now called
Fibromyalgia.
As you can probably deduce, treatment of this condition
should never include the use of a neurological inhibitor like Lyrica, as you
are treating the symptom of pain instead of the cause of the pain. Join the
New-Start Solution, and learn how we accurately and effectively treat the condition
of Fibromyalgia without any crazy, function inhibiting medications. Instead we
use wholefood supplementation to restore function and cure disease.
